We are pleased to report that as of July 2020, we have completed all the necessary assements to qualify for the Vist Britain 'We're Good To Go' industry standard and consumer mark.

This means that we’re adhering to government and public health guidance across our estate, and have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment to ensure we have the required processes and protocols in place to keep High Oaks Grange as safe as possible. 

Changes we've made at High Oaks Grange:

• Our already meticious cleaning protocols have been enhanced for our guests' peace of mind.
• We have successfully implemented a new contactless check-in and check-out system.
• We have removed non-essential/aesthetic cushions from to lower transmission risks.
