Gin's popularity has continued to boom over the last few year's and Yorkshire is one of the places that is leading the way in developing and serving one of the nation's favourite tipples.

Approximately 20 minutes drive away from High Oaks Grange, Malton is home to North Yorkshire's first Gin School. At Rare Bird Distillery,  you can head to the distillery to learn all about how they make their own luxurious gin - you'll be able to take home your own bottle once you've learnt how.

Currently the most northerly commercial vineyard in Britain, Ryedale Vineyards is a family business located just outside Malton in Westow. Offering tours on various dates throughout the year, you can find out why they have won multiple awards for the range of wines, cider and apple juice.
