Welcome to Spruce Lodge, sleeping up to 4 people in 2 ensuite bedrooms. Spruce Lodge offers fantastic quality for your self catering holiday at High Oaks Grange. The under cover hot tub confirms that it is a favourite of ours, whatever the Yorkshire weather has in store.

Inside Spruce Lodge

When entering the lodge through the side door, you will find an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, and two opulent bedrooms to your left. Tones of soft greys, yellow and warm oak accentuate the relaxing living space, contrasting softly with the modern grey kitchen units. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a self-catering break including integrated appliances such as an oven, microwave and dishwasher. You'll also find a 5 burner gas hob too.

The master bedroom boasts lush furnishings to induce the very best of a good night's sleep. The cosy twin room features a harmonious blend of soft grey, ochre yellow and warm white. Both bedrooms boast sliding wardrobes leading in to ensuite bathrooms with shower enclosure.

With its mellow interior and luxurious finishing touches, Spruce Lodge is the ideal location for your next Yorkshire staycation.

Entertainment For All

We have the whole family covered with the smart entertainment system in our stylish lodges. Throughout each lodge you can stay connected to our high speed WiFi. Simply pop in the password and connect your devices, ready to post holiday snaps, watch a movie, or plan tomorrow’s adventure.

In the lounge are you will find a large LCD Smart TV with Google Chromecast, bringing movies, sport and catch-up TV to your fingertips. There are also wall-mounted smart TVs in both bedrooms to enjoy on lazier mornings.

Outside Spruce Lodge

Outside your lodge, via french doors, you will find a spacious, enclosed decking to enjoy some outdoor relaxation with views of our woodland and beyond. You can also throw a burger on the BBQ whilst on holiday as you'll find a traditional charcoal BBQ on the decking too.

Take a well-earned soak in your private covered hot tub whatever the weather, which is accessible via both ensuite bathrooms or via the side decking.

Parking is available for one car at the lodge, and further parking is available onsite if needed.

Dog Friendly

We know how much fun it is to bring your dog on holiday with you, and with miles of stunning Yorkshire countryside on our doorstep, Spruce Lodge is the perfect place for a dog friendly short break. Dogs are charged £8.00 per night per dog. We provide bowls for your dog during your stay, and also some treats. Holiday collar tags with our contact details on are available from reception, for you to use during your stay. Spruce Lodge can accommodate a maximum of three dogs.
